WhatsApp for Business was integrated with the company’s internal application, built on the Quickbase low-code platform. Using Twilio as the broker, we set up automated triggers that pull project updates from Quickbase and disseminate them via WhatsApp and email at defined intervals.
The system ensures that project status—ranging from manufacturing to delivery—is delivered directly to the mobile devices of clients and project executives. This unified messaging approach provides transparency through multiple channels, automating the information flow and keeping stakeholders consistently informed about project milestones.
The automated progress updates have significantly improved our client transparency. Being able to send project status alerts directly to our customers’ WhatsApp has built great trust and reduced status-check enquiries.
