The platform provides a responsive Angular JS front-end interface where agency administrators input detailed meeting schedules, speaker availability, and event compliance parameters. Internal coordinators and medical experts interact directly with the portal to log attendance sheets, submit necessary documentation, and record specific interaction details for 1-to-1 professional engagements.
The robust Microsoft .NET Core framework processes these inputs by automatically calculating complex honorarium fees and travel expenses based on predefined rules stored within a secure SQL Server database. Hosted entirely on Azure, the system outputs verified disbursement reports, automated financial metrics, and structured audit logs, ensuring the agency maintains strict regulatory oversight without relying on manual spreadsheets.
