The company’s website is augmented with an Artificial Intelligence powered chatbox interface that customers may use to directly obtain information by asking questions in natural language. The bot is designed to convert the query to extract relevant information from the indexed content of the website.
The technology used for the AI chatbot is a combination of menu options and a RAG engine powered by Google Vertex. The chatbot is currently a HTML interface but is designed to be embedded in a WhatsApp interface supported by Twilio’s engine.
